Heavy rain mid-January of this year left us with small leaks in various parts of the roof. Tom at Otero Construction LLC was able to quickly come over and assess the situation and provide a very reasonable quote. We were watertight in a short period of time and were able to miss the next round of rain days later. Putting down the actual shingles began after the building inspector’s review and, as you would expect with an old house and an original roof, issues with the roof became evident. Tom was able to address and resolve each of these issues immediately and with minimal impact on the budget. I highly recommend Otero Construction LLC and wouldn’t hesitate to use them for any future projects. Tom and Carla were readily available to answer any questions or concerns we had during the entire project.
I loved working with the contractor, he was professional, super knowledgeable, honest, paid attention to every detail, and his crew were hard working and very professional. I feel like I have a brand new house. I highly recommend them for all your renovation needs.
So, let me start by saying, if you are thinking about a kitchen or bath remodel, prepare to be patient. Don't go into it thinking it will be a perfectly smooth overnight event. That being said, I cannot say enough good things about Otero Construction! Tom and Carla are very responsive and very attentive to detail. We gutted our entire galley-style kitchen and also, re-modeled our master shower. Our house is 25 years old and was in desperate need of a face-lift. The Oteros had great suggestions, they listened to what I wanted and, they did the work in a timely fashion! The end results are gorgeous! Were there a couple of delays? Were there some minor issues to adjust? Sure. But Tom and Carla and their crew were honest and eager to meet our needs! It is very hard to find a reliable contractor in SWFL these days. But if you choose Otero Construction you will be so pleased with your choice!! They are very dependable and trustworthy and the cost of our remodel was extremely fair!
